GB PunchList is a Windows desktop app built to make punch-list management straightforward for contractors, project managers, and field teams. It started as an internal tool for a food service equipment dealer and grew into a full-featured, privacy-first application now available free on the Microsoft Store.

What It Does

GB PunchList gives you a single workspace to manage customers, job sites, and open punch items from start to closeout. Track what needs to be done, who is assigned, what the priority is, and whether it’s been verified — then generate a branded PDF report for the job site or a full closeout package for the customer.

It was designed with field realities in mind: no account required, no internet dependency, no subscription. Your data lives on your computer and nowhere else.
